Serial Lookup & Year Reference

BC Rich was founded by Bernie Rico in 1969 and is one of the most recognizable brands in heavy-metal guitar history. Models such as the Warlock, Bich, and Mockingbird—with sharp body lines and aggressive looks—became emblems of the 1980s metal wave. From Slayer to extreme-metal bands, BC Rich remains a visual totem of extreme music.
